Woods and Water is the closest uniform shop available for your uniform parts.  Boys should receive an Patrol badge within three weeks of arriving.  For more information contact Mr. Conte, Assistant Scoutmaster @ ccconte@gmail.com

All boys and adult leaders are expected to wear the official BSA uniform; khaki Scout shirt, green Scout shorts or pants, green web belt and the uniform green socks with the red band.  This is called the "Field Uniform".  It is to be worn to all meetings an dwhen traveling to and from all campouts or other Scout events.  Neckerchiefs are not worn.  The "Activity Uniform" consists of a Troop or other scout-related T-shirt and the Scout shorts, belt and socks as stated above.  There is a uniform locker with some previously loved uniform pieces available for sale.  If the uniform policy is a hardship, please contact the scoutmaster or the committee chairman.

Besides the uniform, boys will need to have a Boy Scout Handbook and a small 3-ring binder or notebook for merit badge work.  An active scout will bring these items and a pen or pencil to each meeting and they should bring their scout handbooks to most campouts.  A list of camping equipment is shown in the Boy Scout Handbook, however, it is not necessary to spend a great deal of money on camping gear.  A little ingenuity can be very effective in accumulating camping items.  The boys can expect to develop their camping knowledge and equipment lists at the weekly troop meetings in consultation with the senior leaders and their troop guides.  The troop will supply tents, lanterns, and patrol cooking gear.  All personal items should be labeled with the scout's name and T83.

We hold several troop fund-raisers throughout the year and each boy is expected to participate.  This gives the boys an opportunity to earn money, which is put into their individual scout accounts to be used for campouts, scout events or scout related items.  The percent of money going to individual scout accounts will be set by the troop committee for each fund-raiser and will depend on the projected troop budget.
